No disappointments!
I had some reserves about purchasing this toolbox sight unseen, as it was only available for purchase as an online order. It also costs a good chunk of money, which definitely factored into my decision. I watched some videos on the Extreme Tools toolboxes and did some internet research. Feedback always seemed positive, so I decided to order one and chose the ‘ship to store’ option just in case it arrived damaged. My thought was it would be easier to rectify any issues while the toolbox was still new and at the local store. I was impressed with the crate the toolbox was packed in. It was extremely well put together, and arrived without so much as a scuff anywhere. The staff at my local Lowe’s store was friendly and helpful with loading the crate so I could take it home. Once I disassembled the crate, I was greeted with a toolbox in perfect condition! What a beautiful toolbox this is, and the quality of construction and design shows all the way through. Fit and finish is great. Paint is flawless and anodizing perfect. Drawers and drawer slides are smooth and strong. The welds on the underside of the main frame are very good as well. Everything fits together perfectly and looks sharp. I’d highly recommend an Extreme Tools toolbox to anyone looking to buy. This toolbox does not disappoint at all.
